I too am thinking of going blonde but maybe not platinum. I want to try a more yellow blonde. Like this:
After I go blonde I want to do either a blue/purple mix, or teal/purple mix.
I actually have natural highlights in my hair. Blondes, dark reds, and brown. I haven't done much highlighting or dying my hair in my life because I do really like how my hair is.
I've dyed it once when I was in college dark red. I did like it but was ready for my natural hair to come back, haha.

Haha, it is always nice when someone likes your hair and compliments it like thatDark red is nice, especially if you already have dark hair to begin with.
Hmmm. Probably the first time I went red, it was way brighter than the stylist was going for but it actually was perfect, lol. It was an orangy/red color and I loved it!
I got a ton of compliments on it and what was funny was I went to a yardsale and this old lady said to her friend "Edith THAT'S the color I was telling you I wanted!!" haha It was awesome.
