$Billions are harvested through seemingly deliberately ineffective efforts to address our many problems. However the costs have become staggering both in financial and human terms. This is a reflection of the attitude that America is fail-safe. But are we? Can we continue to commercialize our many problems at the expensive of our health, wealth, and security?
