CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

There's nothing evil bout that, just a game. God doesn't mind us entertaining ourselves. Things are just things anyhow, mostly its how you use something that makes it good or bad.

I agree with Remny. It all depends on how you use it. I did visit there, and the animals are cute.
If it is used by anyone to promote paganism, such as gods and goddesses, or anything that denies Christ, or makes Christ equal to the gods of other religions, that is wrong and sinful.
If you use it to promote Christianity, or Jesus Christ, and not any other religion or spiritual belief system, then that would be permissible.
Many cartoon fantasy characters are used at CF, but they all promote Jesus Christ as the one and only true God, the Son of God, and One of the Three consisting of the Holy Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
If any cartoon character was used to deny Christ, or promote paganism, here at Christian Forums, it would get complaints, and even if there were no complaints, the moment the Moderators found out, it would be immediately deleted and the person who posted it given an unofficial or official warning.
If the same cartoon character was shown holding or bearing a cross and displaying a message like, 'Jesus loves you', it would be acceptable.
If the same cartoon character was shown bearing a cross, and displaying instead, a message like, 'Jesus loves you and so does Budda', or 'Jesus and Mohammed both love you', then that is making Jesus Christ merely equal to other religions and their deities or gods, and it would be totally wrong and also deleted, and the person who posted it given an unofficial or official warning.
