The Oklahoma City bombing was a domestic terrorist truck bombing on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States on April 19, 1995.

Please pray for the families and friends, and all those who lost loved ones on this tragic day in our history. Please pray for the survivors, many of whom still suffer from the emotional and physical scars. I know some of them. They are in my prayers, along with the others.

Father, we hear of tragedies in the news, and then often forget or rather think about them. What a shame (1 Samuel 12:23-24). Thank You for Pilgrim's reminder here. May these people know that they are not forgotten, and that people still lift them in prayer. May they feel and experience a resurgence in prayer for them, and see new provisions mentally, emotionally, and spiritually (as well as other ways) in their lives as a result of the call to pray for them at this time. Amen.
