He should'a BEEN in jail, and his billions confiscated and all of his connections, associates, and agents in the government and otherwise, brought to justice for soooooooo many reasons, already.

He should've counted his blessings and the grace that he hasn't been yet, and repented and turned from his profoundly wicked ways while the door of grace has been open.
