Power: Sense and feel others' emotions and "implant" emotions into others.

Physical attributes: Skinny, very fit and lean, not bulky. Dark brown hair w/ a few blonde highlights throughout his hair. Favors dark colors, but always dresses nice.
Personality: He is calm and serene. Never shows any sign of emotion. Pretty much a loner, but wants to make friends. Has episodes of total instability, when having an emotional overload.
Other: Very skilled hand to hand and w/ daggers. He always has one sheathed on his belt, which he uses both for self defense and self mutilation. Very intelligent.
Bio: Jason developed his powers at an early age. His powers were subtle, so his parents never suspected that he was a mutant. He lost his innocence at a very young age as a result of his powers. He could go from feeling overwhelming joy to complete hopelessness in seconds. Eventually, the disorganization in his head completely shattered his mentality. At 12 years old, his parents asked him if he was ok and Jason felt somethig inside of him "leak" out and he instantly thought, no, he knew that they hated him. That they feared him. He grabbed a neary knife and murdered them, all the while feeling the full spectrum of emotion. He later fled and ran until he collapsed in a pile of leaves.
Everywhere he went, chaos ensued. He didn't understand why, but he had apparently caught someone's attention. A relatively older man, introducing himself as Magneto, talked to him and Jason told him everything. Magneto told him that he was likely an empath, and that perhaps everyone was uneasy around him because he made them uneasy. With that, Jason realized why it felt like he was "leaking" everywhere. He was sending emotion he took in back out in waves. And since he was very afraid, that was what he "leaked" the most. Then he remembered the night he killed his parents. That feeling he had before he attacked. He gave them those emotions. Then he murdered them for it. Magneto told him that wasn't true, that they really did fear him. No mutant could ever live peacefully w/ a human. Jason, out of desperation, drained his entire person of emotion. He became the unfeeling man he is today. He has more control over his powers now, turning them on or off at will. He hates places w/ massive mounts of people though, because there is too much emotion to block.
Over the next 5 years, he trained in the martial arts, mastered the use of daggers, and developed his powers. Every so often, he runs the blade across his skin to feel something "simple" for a change. He now goes to Xavier's school and he still has some hope that he can overcome his past and the curse of his powers. He wants to live a normal life and have friends. He is almost completely numb when not using his powers because he can't replace all the emotion he drained from himself. He has no desire to join the Brotherhood nor the X-men. He stays at the school all year now, although he often goes out wandering alone at night.
