I need some suggestions. I love Apostolic Worship.. I was a member of an Apostolic Church for 13 years and finally I had to cut my hair as it was hard to deal with..

I recently got back into Apostolic worship and my hair is growing fast and once again I'm finding it hard to deal with..

Apostolic's preach not to cut your hair (1st Corinthians chapter 11)

I love the Lord so much and want to please him but it is very hard for me not to trim and cut my hair...

My husband has recently started going to church with me so I don't want to go against what they preach as it might steer him away..

Please feel free to comment..

Thanks
Katie

It this a Protestant Apostolic church? Neither Catholics nor Orthodox forbid cutting your hair. The Bible says a lot of things that don't really apply to us, like dealing with our slaves and such.

I don't want to tell you what to believe but honestly, there are so many more important things. Christ himself said that the greatest two commandments are to love God and love your neighbor. I wouldn't worry too much about hair. Although if the church you are involved in requires not cutting your hair, that is something that you will have to decide how to deal with.

Hi, Katie. This forum is for churches with bishops, like the Catholics, Episcopalians, Greek Orthodox, etc. You might try your question in the Pentecostal or Fundamentalist forums.
