I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.

Lord Jesus, may Your Holy Spirit convict the hearts of those we work with to give an honest days work with out any gossip or conflict. May our co workers be fair and abide by the rules we have set in place designed to keep peace and harmony. Keep greed and sloth far from our minds. May our business grow strong and be prosperous. Bless and keep all of our cliental, our employers, supervisors, managers and their families. Amen. (And Lord, don't make it so busy I can not handle it, give me the ability, strength, endurance, stamina and skill to do anything that may come my way.) In your Holy name we pray.

I drank hot tea - right before the next bout - and laid down and moved from side to side to ensure the hot liquid hit all of my tummy and i felt the ease and the pain and need to lose my cookies - go away.
And i felt better in that regard - but the dizziness and headache decided to camp out til this morning.
