I've been on a diet all my life
. I've always eaten very healthy (lots of fish and skinless white meat chicken) and almost no red meat. We eat a lot of organic fruits and veggies and I only use olive oil or smart balance in cooking. We seldom eat starchy things, but occasionally have brown rice or couscous or maybe once/twice a month eat red skin potatoes or have a baked sweet potato. I walk several miles (at least three and usually five) every day. However, I've decided that I'll never be the weight I'd like to be, but my cholesterol is low for my age and I'm very strong and apparently healthy (at least that's what the doctor says), so if there's a plan out there for muscular people who are too heavy, I'd like to give it a try. I'd love to take off about 20 pounds, but really am at a loss as to why I'm even too heavy, since I don't snack, don't eat heavy desserts and stay active.
HELP!!!
