Hi everyone, I'm a little curious about all the Christian trance lovers out there.
Since viewing the original Mortal Kombat movie that introduced me to techno, I have had a keen ear to electronic music, especially since it's good to use to work out with (hence CDs like Tony Little's Cardio Techno). I was introduced to trance music via a video game demo of MTV: Music Generator 2, and have been loving trance music ever since. I even introduced it to a Messianic friend of mine, who himself really enjoys the highly upbeat nature of trance that he himself has requested copies of some of the tracks himself once I can give it to him (of course, maybe I should just buy some trance music for him, instead, which is what I would much rather do, I'll have to see what I can do for him later).
I suppose I like trance music due to all the nostalgic images that come to mind, and the energetic inklings I get from listening to what sounds like an electronic orchestra that would be good to use for an intense action movie (trance DOES seem to be quite intense, nonetheless).
Anyway, let me know your comments. Yes, I don't mind other music as well, but I can't help but think that I REALLY would like to hear of a Messianic Jewish trance artist one of these days; I like the beauty of Messianic Jewish music as well (some of it at the shul I attend ALMOST sounds a little like techno until you get deeper into the songs; I have yet to hear REAL "Messianic trance" as my friend kids me about, but I'll be patient in that regard, ha ha).
