I know a lot of bands from the ska-punk genre or era, but probably none that are still living bands.
Tasty Snax [or just Snax]
Lugnut
Insyderz
BUCK Enterprises [early years they were know just as BUCK]
7-10 Split

...and more of course. But the best Ska-Punk bands have always been the local bands and of course with a local band that's long gone you can't just look up their cd somewhere. But it's always the greatest treasure that sink to the deepest parts of the ocean to rest in peace.

I only know of Five Iron Frenzy, and I'm not sure if they're really ska-punk or just ska. Is there a difference?

I personally love FIF. Their sound kind of changed through the years, they started out as plain ska then slowly changed into Ska-core or ska-punk and then to ska-rock on their final CD.

I have personally seen all these bands live and they rock
Is that so special? Having to go to a concert to be convinced they are good?
