I think it's great you guys are starting this up and I thought I might add some advice and tips for those who are wanting to start a cardio program. I didn't even come up with this myself but was informed by a Boston Marathon winner :D See for yourself! http://runnersworld.com/home/0,1300,1-51-55-236,00.html basically it's called the "Run/Walk" program. Where you start off instead of running for 30 minutes to an hour running 2 minutes and then walking for 1 for 30 minutes to an hour. It really helps to start up a cardio program because it is much easier to stick with week after week. And don't overtrain either. 40-60 minutes 3-4 days a week is plenty. I've heard of people doing 100 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and that can really mess you up. So keep it all in moderation :D My thoughts and advice! Good luck!!! Have a great day!!
