What does that mean one result?

I quarantined it as was advised, but what do you do above that?

I dont like it being there at all (let alone sitting there quarantined).

Nevermind my post, I was able to have someone remove it for me.

That would bug me, I sort of hate the whole idea of a caged spy thing on my puter, I would really rather it be removed.
