Anyone get hooked on their children's shows?

I have to admit I watch an awful lot of Spongebob and Drake and Josh.... and I like it!

I love Rocko's Modern Life. Nickelodeon used to show that every morning and my nephews and I would watch it while they ate breakfast. Now it's only on like once a week at 3am. I record it The kids quit watching it years ago

I'm big on Dexter's Lab as well.

I still enjoy watching Sesame Street especially with my nephew and niece.

I watch The Disney Channel line up.

I watch them when they are on and there's noting else on or when I'm not at work or on the computer or doing housework or cooking...but I'm not "hooked"...lol

Yup, Spongebob, Drake and Josh, Ned, as well as a variety of other cartoons...some I like some not so much.

OK...I admit it... I LOVE that "Makes Me Happy" song from Really Big Shrimp. I find myself humming it incessantly. I watch it on YouTube. I have probably watched Really Big Shrimp about 2300 times now.

I can quote Spongebob practically verbatim. I especially get crazy when I see a new episode. I have seen the Spongebob movie about 45,962 times.

I also love Hannah Montana. In fact the DRake and Josh song only replaced "Pumpin' Up The Party" for space in my daily mental playlist.

But, on the good side, I never have to watch the Wiggles anymore.

When I was staying at home with my DD (age 2), we had the Disney Channel or Noggin in the background most of the day. So the little theme songs and characters were always stuck in my head. Now I'm back to work so I don't hear it as much.

I have to admit I love Dora the Explorer...she's so cute. Plus, a do think she's a good role model for little kids. She's smart, funny, and she's nice to everyone...even Swiper the fox, who tries to swipe her stuff!

Actually, I'm a cartoon freak!
Spongebob, Fairly Oddparents, Ed Edd and Eddy, Invader Zim (my son hates that one, i LOVE it!), Rocko's Modern Life, Jimmy Neutron, and of course Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends (it's almost like Seuss on psychedelics, without the rhyming).
Of course, one absolutely cannot forget Animaniacs!

Now that I think about it, Im not hooked on my children's shows, I think they're hooked on my shows
Of course, Im an odd duck and find most cartoons to be more intelligent (and adult) than ALL prime time major network television.

As you can see from my avatar, I love Ed Edd n Eddy. I have the second season on DVD and OH GOOD GOLLY GOODNESS THEY MIGHT COME OUT WITH THE THIRD AND FOURTH ON DVD TOO! I would cry with glee.

I don't have kids, but I'm a child at heart... and a dork. I also like most older cartoons (EEnE is kind of a cutoff point time-wise) but I also like Avatar: The Last Airbender. That show has tons of older fans anyway, so might as well love it openly. Which I do.

Right on! haha, I've been recording them on my DVR as well. It's just such a great show! Got some good lessons to teach kids too, which is rare nowadays.
