Anybody like the W's?

I'm think I'm madly in love with them. Am I the only one in the world that likes them?

oh no, you just missed their big wave that's all. They've been gone for years now. But yeah, I always did like their music and they had a good fun concert...lots of dancing, always someone to dance with, great times.

I still like them. I'm really into ska as well though too. I like the big band sound. I saw them a couple times in concert when they were still around.

I loved listening to their style of swing. Just how good they were and how smooth they were all at the same time. Definitely an awesome band. Not awesome like God but an awesome band.

hah oh man...I still post on the now defunct message board that you can't find unless you have a link to it...I just post there because I've known some of those people forever. We never talk about the w's really. But that brings me back...fun music.

They were pretty cool. I should pick up at least one of their albums. I wish there would be more bands like that...but at the same time different. heh

They had a few amusing ones. Not a band of tremendous substance. I think they'd go down in history as a pretty fun band.

I've heard some of their music; they have a great sound. I'm really into jazz, big band, and swing music, but finding actual Christian/Gospel music in those genres is quite difficult. There seems to be very little of it.

it's not the big popular music scene anywhere, so yeah it's going to be hard to find. Back when the W's were around there were some other bands pulling off a big band or swing kind of sound. Nowadays though I only really know of Denver and the Mile High Orchestra.
