Anybody know the answer Padre Pio gave for dilemmatic theology question?

Dear my brothers and sisters in Christ,

A while ago I watched the movie "Padre Pio."
In that movie, the "Catholic church authorities" (I don't know how I should address them) investigated Padre Pio divine experience. At one scene, it showed that Padre Pio whispered to one of those authorities and gave an answer for dilemmatic theology question (riddle?) that nobody knew the answer for years (if not centuries).

I don't know how accurate the movie is, but I assumed it's accurate.

So, I was wondering, does anybody know what that dilemmatic theology question and what's the answer that Padre Pio gave?
