Doc, when I click on that link I get basically a blank screen. All it has is a thread you can click on called "archives", and when you click on it, even that goes away??

Hi Lainie,

The reason that you see a blank screen is because after each complaint is posted it is then answered and the thread deleted. If you hit the new thread/post reply button you will be able to make a complaint.

FYI...they are VERY aware of the problem. We don't need to report it anymore, we just need to be patient.

I'm not understanding why this problem should be so hard to fix. Now mind you--I am NOT in any way shape or form a computer whiz, but aren't time stamps and posting orders, like elementary?

I'm beginning to think that the crash that CF experienced wasn't a planned update. This feels more like a hack to me. Any of you software experts able to give some input?

It appears that one of the "uipgrades" involved includes the ability to hit reply on the same page as the post you wish to respon to and your response will be posted on that same page. The reason I say that is because it has happened to me. If that is indeed what they are trying to accomplish it would also provide pleanty of chances for something to go wrong while changing the programing.
