I figured this was well worth a shot:
I amm a rapper who is starting to begin his...journey so to speak. I have several songs written (thirty to be precise) but I need percussion, and instrumentals to go along with it.
Thats the current roadblock I face; I am not a music Technician by any standards. I am currently looking for someone who is good or even just experience at using a synthetic sound studio, such as Fruity Loops studio, to teach me how to use it or show me the ropes.
Any assistance would be fantastic :)
Thank you in advance.

There are plenty of fantastic resources for learning how to produce music. I don't personally use FL Studio, but I hear some people like it. A lot of people are using Ableton for EDM or Rap style music. I prefer a more traditional interface to work in myself though. Plus compatibility is important to me so it really boils down to what you want to do and how you want to work.

Check out the following sites:
Online video tutorials & training | lynda.com | macProVideo.com - Streaming Tutorial-Videos & HD Training Downloads for Audio, Graphics, & Video Editing Software | Learn Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live and more - Training and Tutorial Videos

Those are all pay sites but their tutorials are very well made. Youtube also has a lot of great "getting started" videos up. I would first figure out which application you want to use though. FL Studio & Reason are great places to start. I personally would go the route of Reason because, while it has a bit higher of a learning curve, you won't grow out of it as quickly and when you do decide to move on to a proper DAW, you will still be able to implement Reason into that and use it as a VST which means you didn't waste money.

I disagree with that. Having used Ableton, Reason, Cubase, and FL Studio, I have to say that it depends purely on your preference. FL Studio is a powerful program, and the group Nero is a perfect example of that.
