Just to note I always try to put God first There is a season for everything.

So God comes before entertainment.

it's like im finding a new fandom every almost every two months

First it was star wars prequels to the clone wars to titantic to inception to Star wars new trilogy beauty and the beast for a little bit. then right back to Star wars new trilogy then phantom of the Opera and it's sequel. then to musicals which I still love but I then moved on to the Dracula fandom and now the
matrix Fandom


so What is your favorite series remember to always put God first to not become obsessed with these things it is alright to be a fan of certian things but the Bible forbids us to idolize things. So always Put God first. God bless.

I enjoy the Matrix films, and I try to remind myself that the message, all boiled down, is: Your life is not what you think it is, and neither is "reality."

I like the first film, although I'm not sure The Matrix has a very Christian message.

Recently watched the Wachowskis first film Bound, even a less Christian friendly film.. lol. Although I was blown away by it, and made me appreciate their directorial style. Certainly my favorite film of theirs. The guy who plays Cypher is in that one, and he's so funny.. lol. Sadly it seemed like much of their talent died after The Matrix. Maybe they got too full of themselves after the major success of their second film... idk.

I like The Matrix films, and the idea behind them. Big movie fan in general, here, though I like to think (hopefully, I am not deceiving myself) that I don’t put entertainment before God and real life.

In the matrix the savior of the world is a mortal man who is kinda like a superman in a false computer generated virtual reality, also a computer hacker who also sold drugs.

The first movie was very interesting. While it's message was not Christian, per se, it had numerous elements that can be used to illustrate a lot of Christian concepts.

The sequels pretty much spoiled the story and are not, imo, advisable.

The Matrix is one of those sci-fi franchises that I'm fascinated by on a philosophical level, but without being a pure fan of the franchise itself. It's thought provoking, but as far as "fandom" goes, I'm going to have to admit that my neural circuits have always been fired up most by Star Wars. With that said, if I had to list all of my 'fandom' interests, I'd probably lose count.

But yes, the Matrix is very interesting.
