Any good games for PSP?

I’ve been thinking of getting a new or used PSP later this year or early next year. What are the best games for it? I know there are not a whole lot of good games for it now, from what I hear, but I am thinking of doing a little app/game development on it and was wondering if there were even any games worth picking up along with the PSP. If not, I suppose I can just play Quake 1 on it all the time Probably any genre other than magic casting type games are worth mentioning.

Metal Gear Portable Ops is good fun. I enjoyed Kingom of Paradise quite a bit also. There are quite a few good games lined up to come out the remainder of this year also, especially on the rgp front if that's your thing.
