Another design - Does anyone know how to improve the resolution?

It is hard to improve resolution after the fact. The more you blow it up the more blurry, etc. it looks.

However, this sometimes works:

Adjust the dpi of your image to around 300.
Run filter: remove noise
Run filter: unsharp mask
Optional, Run filter: add noise (gives a bit of photo grain which can tie things together once you blow it up).
