Another bpd bited the dust

First off let me say that i have the utmost respect for those of you that stayed with your spouse through there bpd.

As some of you know i have been separated from mine. Now i find out that she has started the divorce proceedings. I don't know if i should be mad as all get out or cry my eyes out. What a mess. Having a hard time staying on this side of sanity.

take care of yourself...cry if you need to...and never forget that God still love you...lean on Him through this hard time

Okay--some practical advice for this first initial shock.
1) Purchase LOTIONED kleenex. If you cry a lot and use the unlotioned kind, it will eventually rub your eyelids and nose raw. Lotioned tissue will be more gentle.
2) Purchase some soup. You won't want to eat and you'll have a big lump in your throat anyway. But you need to keep your strength up a little and soup is warm, has some nutritional value, and is easy to swallow.
3) Last thing, just be a little gentle with yourself because this is really hard. Take some time off work if you can. Sleep when you can, and if you can't sleep, do what you can to relax such as sipping herbal tea.

That is sad to hear, listen to faithful wife sounds likeshe has been here before, I never have.

When you said bit the dust I thought someone died. Fortunately that didn't happen, but that is still bad news.
