Hi you guys! I'm pregnant! No I am not, but it will be funny if that rumor gets started.

I have a bit of news that I wanted to share with my beloved CCC.

This past Friday, MNPhysicist asked me to be a Super A. I was very shocked and asked him for a couple of days to consider it. I prayed over it and I also sought the advice from Tishri, Jo, and Steve. They each encouraged me to take it.

I accepted the position this morning. I asked for a two week transition period to make sure that there would not be any gaps in the modding crew when I left.

This was NOT why I began recruiting people, btw. This happened after all the polls began.

I honestly have no idea why he picked me, but my advisors seem to think that I will be in a very good position to protect and advocate you guys and all of the forum from this position.

There will be an official announcement from Ron in two weeks. However, I just wanted y'all to get used to the idea.

I will still be here, a full member, just a spunky and mouthy as ever. You will never get rid of me cuz I love this place and all of you.

If there is ever a problem or concern over any rule out there, give me a holler. I will probably already know your concern because I am ONE OF YOU!

I felt that it was very important to have a Conservative voice up there. My goal as a mod was always to serve and that has not changed.

I don't know what else to say except that I love all of you. I will be here everyday. I am hoping you won't even notice the change.

I used to threaten to do that as soon as the kids got grown. Wouldn't it be just AWFUL if I were to get pregnant now. I mean, once I got over the shock, I would love the baby and probably be a much better parent now. Still, I don't know if I would have the energy to go through that again.
