Is there any bible references to seeing your animals in heaven?
I pray for my beagle Sissy all the time.. she has a horrible skin condition, and 13 years old.
In my prayer I always say "Since Sissy is your creation just like I am..."
..as if God doesn't know or something. lol. I'm stupid sometimes.
I love her so much. She certainly has a soul, a good one too.
When I yell for my parents in the early AM times in the back of the house when I'm sick.. she'll be the first one, run into my mom's room & hop onto her bed and bark at my mom until she wakes up.. then mom usually follows Sissy to me.
When my fiance & I lay down on the bed, she'll be on the outside of us near the door.. when someone opens it she'll stand up until she knows everything is OK. When we first got together, she would lay in between us to protect me heh.
She has saved me from rotweilers and a german shepard once.. even her OWN daughter when she acted like she was going to attack me.
When my fiance got a tattoo of Jesus, Sissy went up to it.. looked, sniffed, then started licking (I guess that part came from the open wound). She does the same for any cut he has, its so amazing. The Jesus tattoo, though, she looked for a good while.. I just want to know what she was thinking.
anyways.. just wondering for Bible scriptues on seeing your furry family in the afterlife, because I certainly hope I can !!!
