Hello all,
My name is Taylor Francis. I am a minister in the churches of Christ and I live in Arkansas. I am currently working on my Masters of Divinity, and for my thesis, I'm considering writing about the similarities between the early Anabaptists and the early Restoration Movement in America.

Is there anyone else here from the churches of Christ? Is there anyone who can also see the similarities?

That sounds like an interesting thesis. I've read a few articles comparing the Stone Campbell movement to Anabaptism, and I would certainly view Anabaptism as a restorationist movement rather than a reform movement. I see the similarities, but American Restorationism was done in the context of American Evangelical Protestantism, similar to Pietism (which was restorationist at heart),
