An engaged guy flirts with me...

A guy in my church flirts with me, although he is engaged and soon to be married.. I never initiate anything or reply to his flirtatious behaviour b/c I don't think it is acceptable to flirt with an engaged person. Should I avoid the person altogether?

You can't control him: if he's flirting, that's his own error. You only control if you yourself flirt. I would only avoid him if he's make you very uncomfortable.

Tell his fiance. If I were her, I'd want to know.

I'd ask him to not flirt with you. That it feels to you like he is disrespecting his future bride.
