not sure if this has been posted but...do any of you play Americas Army, i just got it and im still working on the training. i can only log on after middnight due to the college interent blocking all the onling gaming till 12am.

So by blocking your access, the college are in fact encouraging students to stay up past midnight.
In my view, access after say 8pm or no access at all. That would make more sence imho.

I've been playing Americas Army now for 4 months... I think!?!
I play with an international squad 5SFB (5th special forces battalion.) Our group is more like a brotherhood then anything... We help and support eachother... AA is just the fun thing we all have in common... heh

Americas Army rules. I should have a new video card being shipped by the beginning of next week - then I will reinstall AA and I'll see if I can play with you guys.

AA is very fun indeed!
But I would take extra time in the weapons training and get used to grenades. Also take extra time to learn what a teammate looks like and what a Opfor looks like.
Trust me, not being a nade master + not correctly identifying hostiles = LOTS of angry teammates
hehe that happened to me once, first game :
*pulls pin*
*tosses torwards opening in window*
*misses*
*nade lands by squads feet*
Yea.... you know the rest of the story
But I would take extra time in the weapons training and get used to grenades. Also take extra time to learn what a teammate looks like and what a Opfor looks like.

AA failry rips....I have to split my time between that and UT2k4 right now. 'nades is one thing you have to practice with, load the maps locally and practice for an hour two just tossing 'nades through windows and over stuff. It is no fun to nade 4 of your team members who all reported in (I was in the group that got naded)!
