HELLO EVERYONE..
I was wondering if I might be able to 'lurk' and perhaps even post in this forum.first let say I am not a ministers spouse or a PK.however,please let me explain a few things.my older brother(13 years my senior) and his wife are my pastors.my nephew (10 years my junior)is the associate pastor of our church.I am the current P/W leader.my brothers other son and his family also attend the church and my parents attend as well.we and our spouses are all active in some area of ministry.
this makes for some VERY interesting family dynamics,to say the least.I feel at times I am in a sort of 'fishbowl',when it comes to ministry and chuch life.I love my brother ,but sometimes I feel that I am in his shadow at times.it seems perhaps this is a forum where people can relate to some of these things?
it is not always easy when so many blood relatives are in ministry alongside each other...
If this is not the right place for me,I will understand. Thanks. just looking for some folks to relate to...
