Lately, I've been discouraged.
I believe God revealed a great purpose of my life.
As He will use me to glorify Him using my talent in art.

(I am 100% sure that the purpose is from God. I prayed for so long and i have been confirmed so many times by God thru His miracles and message).

Things are going so well and suddenly everything took 180 degree turns.
And, now i am stuck.

I get the theory of God is suffice and He will open the way when He sees fit.
And that Faith is the basis of all God's children.

But, my question is How do you guys remain faithful when everything is going wrong?

Please give me some PRACTICAL advice.
Don't give me stuff like "God will open the way someday" and thing like that.
It's not that i don't appreciate those.
But, it's because i know about those already.

My question is how do you guys PRACTICALLY keep the faith?
Is it by listening to christian broadcast? or talking to friends or what?

It seemed to me that i am going crazy by keeping believing at things that are seemingly impossible.
My point is am i really being faithful or am I crazy?

I do not believe that you are crazy at all. During these times of wait, are times that God usually tests us and He wants us to wait on Him.

I have been in your shoes. I minister in dance. When my husband and I got married, the Lord sent us to a church and at the time, the door wasn't open for me to dance in ministry. So, I prayed and prayed. The Lord continue to teach me in the Word concerning dance and worship. Before I knew it, several months had passed and the door finally opened and I was teaching it at this church.
I was encouraged by those around me and because I knew in my heart of hearts that I was going to minister there. That is what kept me going. He spoke it to me and it was confirmed by the pastor and others, but there were a few that didn't want it.

You have a gift that the Lord has given you. It is a ministry tool. Don't give up. God places those desires in us for a reason and it is to Glorify Him. That is your desire and hearts cry. While you are waiting, you might want to get others interceding for you in this area. I don't know anything about you or if you go to church or if you are surrounded by other believers. You do need to be surrounded by those who will encourage you, pray for you, and who will hold you accountable in your daily walk. (this is what I have in my life) Read the Bible, spend time in worship before the Lord, and just sit at His feet as much as possible. You will find that your ministry will flourish. God will reward you for your faithfulness to Him in your waiting time. (You are probably doing all of this) If you do not have anyone around you that does any of those things, ask the Lord for those people. He will bring you in their path. He is faithful in all things and don't give up.

I don't know if I have helped or not. You can PM me at any time. I have some other questions for you concerning your art. Take care!

MY DEAR BROTHER,

One remains faithful BY remaining faithful--You can read the Book of Job for the details. The key Scripture to hang on to in your situation is, perhaps: "AND WE KNOW THAT ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD TO THOSE WHO LOVE GOD, TO THOSE WHO ARE THE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE." (Romans 8:28)

There are no magic formulas or special procedures for hanging on to faith when things get rough. You just "keep the faith" trusting that God will bring you through the trial in stronger shape--spiritually speaking--than you were before. Reading through the Gospels, focusing on His UNALTERABLE promises to us is a great help in this regard.

Please give me some PRACTICAL advice.
Don't give me stuff like "God will open the way someday" and thing like that.
It's not that i don't appreciate those.
But, it's because i know about those already.
Do what you already know and you will do just fine!

You will remain "stuck" for only as long as it takes you to accept your stuckness.

A BOND-SLAVE OF CHRIST,
ephraim

You aren`t crazy.

When I don`t feel that everything goes wrong

1. I go out in the nature. There I feel most to close to God.So that you can do is to go a place the you feel very close to him.

2. I read/study the Bible. It always come up some scripture I have studied before ( so I know what the scripture mean) and maybe give the answer on my problem or telling me what I shall do

Faith isn't faith until it is tested, and God shows us great love as a Father by teaching us through trial. We must learn to embrace the trials God allows into our lives and have faith that "ALL" things work out for good to those that truly love God and answer His call and purpose for our life. If your art is the offering that God wants from you, rest and have faith it may come to pass, as He tells us to make our plans and He will order our steps; but if you would give up your faith if God did not ask for that of you, but something different.... then who is really the Lord - us and our offering or Him and what He asks of us? We have to give God what He wants of us and not just what we decide to offer as did Cain in his sacifice.
Check out these verses. God has in mind only good things, better than you could ever ask for, if you keep the faith and fight the good fight of faith over sin in our lives.

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

1Peter 1:7 These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold––though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.

Pr 16:9 ¶ We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps.

Hebrews 11:17 It was by faith that Abraham offered Isaac as a sacrifice when God was testing him. Abraham, who had received God’s promises, was ready to sacrifice his only son, Isaac,

Heb 11:36 Some were jeered at, and their backs were cut open with whips. Others were chained in prisons.

James 1:3 For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. 4 So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.

Jas 1:12 God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.

1Pe 4:12 ¶ Dear friends, don’t be surprised at the fiery trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to you.

Ps 66:10 You have tested us, O God; you have purified us like silver.

Isaiah 66:12 Then you put a leader over us. We went through fire and flood, but you brought us to a place of great abundance.

Proverbs 17:3 ¶ Fire tests the purity of silver and gold, but the LORD tests the heart.

Isa 48:10 I have refined you, but not as silver is refined. Rather, I have refined you in the furnace of suffering.

Zecheriah 13:9 I will bring that group through the fire and make them pure. I will refine them like silver and purify them like gold. They will call on my name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘These are my people,’ and they will say, ‘The LORD is our God.’”

Ro 5:3 We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance.
4 And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation.

I don't think you're crazy, just comfused. God gives me happiness and good feelings, I can tell you it goes wrong with me very often to. But today, bilieve it or not, I had a test at school, a test I had not read to, but I did very well, I got everything right. And I had prayed earlyer at day, so i feel that God was there for me.
It is many things that keep me faithfull, just look out you're window, read about the systems at earth and space and look how the systems fits in toghether and work together. Do you think that a big BANG could create that, look at life, you're feelings, do you think a big BANG could create those feelings. I don't think so.
I got times when I am depressed all the time, and I mean all the time, 24 hours at day, the only thing thats keep me alive is God. If I did'nt have him, I would be dead for now.
Since I was 6 years old I began to praise the lord, my family has never been telling me bible storys, so I bought myself a bible and began read it myself, at that time I thought that was hard and much stuff in it is still hard for me, bu anyway, I choosed to believe in God at that time because it gave me life. I felt a very strong relationship to him when I was so young, I can still remember it.

I don't know if this was answears of what you asked about or ment to ask about, well I hope it goes well for you

Be patient btw and what ever things that goes wrong for you, you have to defeat by yourself but God will always be with you in the battle of you're problems

How can we learn and gain experience and wisdom if we don't encounter any problems? God allows obstacles to get in our way so we can learn how to deal with them and grow.

You asked how we remain faithful? Well, I look to the cross and know that Christ died...I am forgiven. That keeps me in the faith. I can't look to myself as I will see failure, but when I look to Him, that is where the light shines.
