almost three years ... no star ... HELP!

I post reps day after day ... I'm getting no where faster than I didn't get there. Any help is much appreciated. I have 2000 blessings to give away. I'll randomly hand out blessings. The values are:

2 posts = 500 blessings
2 posts = 250 blessings
10 posts = 50 blesings

The catch is no one will know if they won blessings until the star appears ... then I'll announce them and bless them but 14 people WILL get blessings ... and maybe more ... depending on donations.

If anyone wants to donate blessings we can increase post blessings or add more post blessings or whatever ... I just want a star ... oh, woe is me!
