So life has its troubles and worries
Its snowballs and storms with their flurries
The change in the weather with high temps and low
Makes life with its bumps not so certain free flow
The colors of things always changing
For life has a way rearranging
What’s certain is not, rearranged on the spot,
What’s hoped for is shot, and so faith is forgot
But that’s not a righteous perspective
For that leaves out God’s right objective
For He has a plan and a purpose for all
When He permits trials on us to befall
For our trials do not just take place
They are part of God’s plan that we race
For all in God’s hands, as He rightly did plan
So we’d follow His ways, and not ways of man
