All CF country domains redirect to the main site now

Just a to let members know, all CF country domains like christianforums.com.au and christianforums.co.uk, and other mirrors will now redirect to christianforums.com

This will:
1. Prevent cookie and login problems
2. Increase our search engine page rankings

Just letting members know in case they are wondering.
