I was wondering if anyone here believes in Aliens? I think that it could be possible that God created other species on other planets?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I do believe there is intelligent life out there in the universe. It's just too big for there not to be.

Do I believe that in mathematical probability there is life whether intelligent or not on other planets-yes-there are just too many other star systems and planets within those for there not to be.

Im inclined to say that there is very probably life elsewhere in the universe. Even if we allow for infinitesimal probabilities of abiogenesis and we assume that life can only happen in the kinds of environments that have existed on Earth over its history the universe is so vast that it has to happen a number of times.
Unfortunately much as Id like things like SETI to find our galaxy to be filled with intelligent aliens as advanced as us or more so, Id be unsurprised if we were alone in this region of space.

Fear is but something to be overcome.
It's certainly possible....but to come here in flying saucers and stuff is highly unlikely.
