  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

ahhh!! any tips??

So we think were going to start ttc in 6-9 months. I was just wondering what things I need to prepare for?

What things do I need to do now? any prenatals or anything or is it too soon for that?

I want to lose 40 lbs or more before we try because I dont want to be too large and be at risk.

any tips...

FYI this whole thing freaks me out. By the time we do have a child I could be 23/24 and my husband 26/27 and still I feel like Im not aloud to make such a big choice lol.

Im nervous about disapointing people who want us to wait until Im done with nursing school. I have about 2 and a half years of nursing school but I dont want to wait THAT long.

I will have my AS degree.

I just hope no one is mad at us..:o

i wouldnt worry about ttc getting stressout about it could just make things go all werid.

and btw about people being mad at you. once a baby arrives every single person will total forget everything when the baby is there.

me and hubby wanted to plan to have our baby during the summer holidays i was going to take a year out of college once the baby was born and then go back. would you be able to do something like that? it be good to finish your studying but you should maybe just tell the college that youve got pregnant and would you be able to take a year out and come back.

i total understand not waiting till studying is over. i couldnt wait either.

Start on some OTC prenatals or a good women's multivitamin. Also, you and your hubby should have a physical done to insure you're both healthy and have a better chance of having a healthy baby. I think the earlier you start preparing the better off all of you will be. :)
