Hi there, I’m new but I’ve been here in this forum for a couple of days (or weeks?).

Afraid to post anything (as a new tread) because my english are limited; so this is my first “real post”, I hope I do it right!

My name is Daniel I work as a singer and vocal coach for more than 10 years now. Other than singing, I play piano and guitar too; unfortunately, I'm not a church musician.

But photography is my passion; I even dream about opening my own gallery and publishing a photography book in the future -- also, I have a photo-blog if you like to know my work http://soombing.wordpress.com

Anyway I am a Christian, grew up in a classic church (where we sing hymns only), but then I found my faith and moved into a modern church. What I want to see more in this forum is a discussion about: “A Touring Worship Musician” -- you can say that’s my goal in life.

Hi. Your language skills seem fine to me. I would say to start a discussion on whatever forum here is right for talking about church music...and see what happens.

Welcome to the site! Your English looks fine to me. You're understandable. Also, I'm glad to see somebody else with a passion for singing. I'm mostly self-taught and not professionally trained(although I wish I was), but people think I'm definitely a decent singer regardless. I was working with my parish's choir for awhile, but then I started attending less due to life circumstances.

P.S - You should have stayed in that classic church. The music is way better .

I still attend to the classic church occasionally, so don't worry about it, LOL.

IMHO both are great, in their own way... I just feel that my faith grow more in a modern church. But that's just me, anyone has their opinion...

Hello and welcome! Don't be afraid to post things. It will help your English too. It's so cool you're a vocalist/musician. I enjoy photography too, when I get the chance ... I have released many photos to the public domain. Hope you can find new friends on these boards!

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement! I'm afraid to write mostly because I had bad experience with english-grammar when I'm in school.
