If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice...What would it be and why?! (if it needs explaining)

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My advice would be to take life a little more serious. It's not just getting by but living life as well. in my 40's and wish I could go back to 16.

I think that's why parents have such a tough time with their kids. They want to spare them going through what they've already gone through. Because they know it will cause them pain.
But in order to grow, you kind of have to glean from your own experiences. That's just how it works. Sorry.

If I could go back in time and give myself advise.....I would tell me to ENJOY LIFE to the fullest.....get out and go places and do things, see the scenery that God created for us!
