I need life advise.

I hope that this is the appropriate place to post relationship advise.

I am friends with a girl whom I've known for a few years. She is a wonderful Christian, playful and full of joy. One thing I don't understand is that she likes to scold the men in our circle. I find it off-putting but the guys seem to always come back for more and will even exchange epithets with her. What am I not understanding about this dynamic? I don't want to judge my friend but it has put a strain on our relationship. Any advice would be helpful.
