{OOC -- hey guys, just so you know, this is a character I have at another forum site, the thread I want to start with her is also there. At that site Im known as Melody. Im just letting you know this just in case any of you go there and notice that the thread there and here are the same, it is because they are. Im using the same one here as I began it there. The physical description of Adamina is also mine from that site, except there it is a description of another of my characters. I thought I'd just say this now to avoid any possible problems. Hope you all dont mind.}
Adamina
Personality
Adamina is a soft-spoken and timid girl. She's very quiet and keeps to herself the majority of the time. She enjoys the quiet and solitude of the forest and is a daydreamer. As a friend, she is very trustworthy and loyal. She is easy to befriend but her trust is hard to earn and so she trusts few. When her trust is betrayed, it is difficult, if not impossible, to regain.
Hobbies
Singing, climbing, archery
Likes
to learn new things, to help others, nature and being outdoors
Dislikes
being indoors--feeling trapped, attending formal parties and the like (just because she's a princess doesnt mean she likes everything that is included with that title), being underground and in caves, orcs
Skills
archery, tracking, translation (elvish to English and vice-versa), throwing knives, hand-to-hand combat {prefers the bow and arrow though), healing
Physical Appearance
In her dark brown, waist-lenght hair, there is a dark forest green headband with the flower part of a carnation by her right ear. {OOC--for those interested, the carnation is the flower for the month of January}
On the outside corners of her brown eyes there is a small garnet gem in the shape of an oval.
About her neck is a silver chain with a cross-gem (the same gem at the corners of her eyes) coordinated pattern (cross, gem, cross, gem, cross). Her nails look nice and neat; almost as if they were just manicured. On her right wrist there is a bracelet with the same characteristics of her necklace, as with the anklet on her left ankle (this is hidden by her light shoes, such as those worn by elves {OOC--I'm not sure how to describe these--if you've seen the Lord of the Rings, if you pay attention to the shoes Legolas is wearing you'll know what I'm talking about}.
Her outfit consists of a dark forest green, short-sleeved shirt with a pair of shorts the same color. A same colored cloth is tied about her waist with the knot on the left side. The cloth looks like a cloak if worn in the fashion of one. It is folded in half diagonally with the corner near her feet. In the crease is a cord onto which her small marble bag like bags are hung.
She carries a small bag/purse {OOC--I'm not sure how to desribe the appearance of this} by which the strap is about her left shoulder and runs to her right side where the bag is hanging comfortably. Within it, like the marble bags, are contents to her own knowing.
She has two twin daggers, a quiver of arrows, and a good sized bow about her shoulders in the same fashion of her bag. And in her shoes are two small throwing knives for precaution.
