Acceptance
We all desire the acceptance of others do we not?
We all desire for others to see us with compassion,
We all desire the Unconditional Love that should be bestowed,
We all seek and need what sometimes SEEMINGLY evades!
But does it really?
We are who we are but is that who we determine or something else?
Who is that determines this, us or does God also have a hand?
Have we not been told of the devil and His desires too?
That they will be there, that they will try to dissuade us
That they will try to make us believe soimething other than truth,
Even about ourselves?
Adam and Eve and their Stain of Sin, the mark we now bear!
How is that we are now effected by it, what does it mean?
Answer this and the answer will be there to the rest.
Is this not what we are told, is this not the answer we seek?
How do we attain this though?
Was it not Christ who said "Believe in the One that sent me"?
When we believe do we not then attain the Faith we so desperately seek?
Is it not this though that seems so hard to do, believing that is?
But the Disciples asked what "work can we do and Christ replied to believe!
Thus believing In Him with our heart for all is Faith indeed....
Acceptance that one seeks comes from inside oneself,
If one cannot accept themself how do they expect another to?
So therefore with God's Love and through His Grace we must accept Him
Then we can learn the reality of full acceptance of self
Then others will accept us for who we are
And if they do not then we will see that it really does not matter
It is only from within and working with God can we honestly gain what we seek .....
