[Nourish]

Just something I wrote, whilst going through some tough times, written to encourage myself in the Lord, and in the truth. Maybe it might bless someone, I hope. Bit shy to share but it's anonymous so ... Hope someone might be blessed.

Abide in His Words,
Hold them close within your heart.
Words of Life, flowing from within you,
He fills your cup!
Thirst no more!
Jesus, my portion Forevermore.
You brought me to life, from death!
Non-deserving, that's Your Mercy!
Hide Your Word in my Heart,
As if Eternal Treasure I found.
Though many oppress me,
Jesus, You deliver me.
Constantly, ongoing,
Ever-Present help to me
Thank-You Jesus.
Non-deserving, yet You call me friend.
Victory is here and now,
Then and to come,
Because of You who created space and time.
Jesus, Forever faithful, even to the end. ThankYou Jesus.
