  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I have this very complicated problem, but as it is quite intersting...you might not get bored reading it.

I have this friend who is VERY talented in the art of music. He has no background of musical trainning, yet, he learned how to read a score and play a keyboard ALL BY HIMSELF. Though I hate to admite it, he can play the piano almost as well as me, he learn quite fast too...

The problem is that he loves too much to show off he musical talent, and though I dun quite mind it, my other friends are not happy. Now, he wanted to borrow a sscore from me, and not to let his talent go to waste, i wanted to lent him that score...but my other friend will not be very happy though...so should ior should i not???

Yes you should lend him the score. Anoyance of one friend vs. letting another friend's talent be stunted... hmmm. Yeah- give him the score and tell him to stop showboating so he doesn't make the other friends uncomfortable :)

I agree, well said.
