^_^ I was almost afraid to view this video thinking that it would make me mad. Thank God that it down played the visions of Mary and uplifted Jesus Christ.
This happened about 10 years ago in a town in California where my sister lives. This man wanted to cut a tree down on his property next to the road to make room for something else...I forgot what it was. The Catholics in this town thought that they were seeing an apparition of Mary on this tree , and there were hundreds of Catholics protesting this man cutting down his own tree because of that. I saw a picture of the "so called" apparition, and it didn't look anything like Mary to me. The law had to run these people off of this mans property, and he finally got to cut down the tree. Almost every year where I live right before Christmas, someone is always saying that they have Mary appearing on their houses outside wall. People just line up for blocks to see this deception.

For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,

not...mary..
Did someone say that there is another?

Cause, no one, as far as I know, says otherwise about Christ being the only mediator.

Search the scriptures and test the spirits.

First of all, do you know what the messages are?

Secondly, did you know that the scriptures [St Luke's Gospel] was given to St Luke thru the apparitions of Mary?

Be careful about what you THINK you know.

And the apparitions have been tested. Including throwing holy water at them.
AND saying 'You must leave in the name of Jesus Christ'
That youtube doesnt tell you that the spirit has been tested.

Of course then it shows you this isnt satan. And how sensational would it be for them if it is true and there is no story for them to belittle? Especially since its easier to find fault than to believe.

Non believers will continue to be non believers.

So be it.

Then if you believe this, you cannot pray for others.
For we are all called to mediate to JESUS for one another.

Mary mediates to Jesus, Jesus -Who is the only Mediator to the Father.

Millions and billions who pray for others are acting in the capacity Christ given, to mediate to Him.

NO one else can pass Him to mediate directly to the Father.

His Mediatorship is His cross. No one can get to the Father except thru His Passion and death and resurrection.

IF you cannot pray to the Father, then why did Christ give us the prayer the Our Father?

We all have our prayers heard thru Christ, we are saved thru Christ...hence He has mediated for all times.

Mary is our intercessor.
She interceeds to Jesus on our behalf.

IF you say otherwise, then this means the Apostles erred in telling us we MUST pray for one another.

WE interceed on the others behalf.

Thus - understanding the Mediatorship of Christ should be understood before we denigrate the rest of the NT.

Answers to questions:

1. Yes.

2. No. I have no idea where you get this idea about apparitions of Mary to Luke since he does reference any such thing either in his gospel or in the book of the Acts of the Apostles.

I agree entirely, Be careful of what you think you know.

You dont ask the Theotokos to pray for you?

Yea, lots of things ppl dont know - even within Tradition.
But yea, during the time of Luke, and all the privy info he got from Mary, he also painted the Theotokos with infant Jesus [i do believe she was with Jesus] on something Christ put together [a table i believe] and its still held within the Church.

BTW...I think you should say....You must leave me alone if you are not from Christ, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Also, do this with holy water for emphasis..and if possible.

The Marian apparition do...
Yes they do and here is a prime example...

"God wishes you to remain in the world for some time because He wants you to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart for the Heart of Jesus wants my Immaculate Heart to be venerated by His side.
I promise salvation to those who embrace it and their souls would be loved by God as the flowers placed by myself adorning His throne."

Here is another early apparition of Mary...

Our Lady of the Pillar - Saragossa, Spain (ca. 40 AD)

After the crucifixion , ressurection and ascension of Jesus, his Apostles began to spread the message he left throughout Israel and shortly thereafter, through the Roman empire. One of these Apostles, James (the Greater), reportedly travelled as far west as Spain to the village of Saragossa in northeast Spain. While James was there, he became disheartened because of the failure of his mission. Tradition holds that while he was deep in prayer Jesus' Blessed Mother appeared to him and gave him a small wooden statue of herself and a column of jasper wood and instructed him to build a church in her honor:
"This place is to be my house, and this image and column shall be the title and altar of the temple that you shall build."

The jasper column and the wooden statue can still be seen on special occassions at a church that houses them. About a year after the apparition James arranged to build a small chapel in Mary's honor, the first Church ever dedicated to the honor of the Virgin Mary. After James returned to Jerusalem, he was executed by Herod Agrippa in about 44 AD, the first apostle to be martyred for his faith. Several of his disciples took his body and returned it for final burial in Spain. The local queen, observing several of the miracles performed by James' disciples, converted to Christianity and permitted James' body to be buried in a local field. Eight centuries later, a cathedral in honor of St. James was erected after his gravesite was rediscovered by a local hermit. The hermit found the burial site after noticing an unusual star formation. The site for the cathedral was called Compostella (starry field) and it is a major pilgrimage site to this day.

The column in the Piazza celebrates the famous icon of the Virgin Mary in the Borghese or Pauline Chapel of the Basilica. It is known as Salus Populi Romani, or Health of the Roman People, due to a miracle in which the icon helped keep plague from the city. The icon is at least a thousand years old, and tradition holds that it was painted from life by St Luke the Evangelist. (According to published material[citation needed] at the Basilica, radiocarbon dating establishes the age of the icon to be approximately 2,000 years, thus reinforcing its sacred tradition.)
The Salus Populi Romani has been a favorite of several Popes and acted as a key Mariological symbol. Roman born Pope Pius XII (Eugenio Pacelli) celebrated his first Holy Mass there on April 1, 1899. In 1953, the icon was carried through Rome to initiate the first Marian year in Church history. In 1954, the icon was crowned by Pope Pius XII as he introduced a new Marian feast Queenship of Mary. Pope Paul VI, Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI all honoroured the Salus Populi Romani with personal visits and liturgical celebrations.
