  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

A Tribute To Mary

A WOMAN OF VIRTUE

A woman amongst women
You are precious now and then

Like an attentive mother Hen
How you wish your children will learn

Mother Mary I always yearn
Mother Mary never stern

It was an immaculate conception when
You conceived by th Spirit not sperm

Like a gentle Pen
You rested your baby in a safe Den

Blessed is thy fruit amongst men
Truly your son is Yes and Amen

Your love is clear to all thy brethren
Graciously you love your son's children

You were never a fern
Your good qualities more than ten

With outstanding humility you earn
Forever a place in the hearts of men and women

TITLE: HIS PAIN MY GAIN

A glorious day when you came
Into this world, you lived in pain
Blessed with a body that was so plain
Daily carrying my sin again

Our sinful burden your gain
When you walked this narrow lane
Your destiny it was to train
Although many said your word was lame

You were not one to feign
For till now your word remain
To us believers it is quite plain
How could they have been so insane?

You allowed sin's dirty stain

Access to your shining mane
For us you took the blame
Since you left the world is not the same

how could their hearts contain?
Untold persecution did they sustain
How could they maim?
Such a lamb as tame

But now your fame
Is in your everlasting name
Spreading like fresh showers of rain
Over a dry plain
