how do u know if u are living the life that god wants u too be living and how do u know when u are doing somehting that he wants u do be doing?

As long as you don't see any lightening bolts falling out of the sky...then you're okay..... If what you do is in accordance with the Word, then you are living the life God desires. But we must be dependent on Him to help us make the right decisions.

But doesn't God know before you are born how you will react to His revealed word, at every point in your life? And He can't be wrong. Didn't He know that Sodom and Gomorrah would be destroyed before they were ever created? If God knew at say 10,000,000 B.C. that He would destroy Sodom when He did, is there anything the people of that city could have done to make Him wrong about that assessment?

So, before I was born, did God know I would be an atheist as I post this or not? If He did, how could I not be an atheist as I post this? If God is the omniscient being Christians say He is, then I am supposed to be an atheist right now. If you disagree with my premise, then I think you must disagree with the idea that God knew before I was born what I would be doing right now.

I'm not saying that God wanted me to be an atheist right now, only that He knew I would be.

Just because God knew you were going to be unloving does not mean that is what God wanted.

I'm not implying that God has intent for your actions, only that He knew what they would be at the time of your creation, and since He cannot be wrong, then you are doing what He knew you would be doing. So, in effect, you are always doing what you are supposed to be doing. I'm not saying that is what God wants you to do, only what God knows you will do, and it is unchangeable.
