• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

Either I just have really bad luck or under attack or something.

Seriously, I was just in a car accident(other driver was at fault), mom had a second car accident days after, family fight is forcing me and my bf to have to move, and then my bf was shot and stabbed in the arm the other day. And I am sick as a dog. Upper respiratory problems or something I developed a wheeze at my last call center job and I haven't gotten better even though I switched to a new call center job.

Medical bills like crazy and I really don't have any PTO or off time. I am always sick or there are frequent emergencies so not getting in trouble for attendance is impossible for me it feels like.

I'm really frustrated and down.

Sounds like you're having a rough trot, keep your chin up, things can only get better (or I hope they do.)
Lots of similar experiences for myself last year, it seemed like one thing after another going wrong, Thankfully I'm out the other side for now... Life is tough, but when you get knocked down, you've just got to get back up again.
I hope things improve for you.
