Befores the road
Behinds the bed
The night sky hovers
Above my head
This exile probably
Will never end
In an endless search
For whatever lay ahead
Doing great
Heroic deeds
And gaining
Grand prestige
As I have
Always dreamed
And through a thick
Misty haze
I see it set
My eyes to gaze
A life of power
Names and glee
Romance found
And through battle
Gain victory
I wrote this poem to try to find why people go off on exiles to find adventure. Needless to say, it worked somewhat. But it turned out to be an even better poem.
