2. Allocate resources to those who need them and where resources will do the most good.

Rewarding wealthy companies to push the stock market up did nothing for the majority of the population.

It is a part of the old 'trickle-down effect' claim.

This effect is a claim that if money is needed in one part of the economy, the best thing to do is to give it to rich people who don't need it instead, and give some babble that the money the rich people can then invest in an industry in some other country will somehow come back, slosh around the US economy and somehow get where it is needed.

3. Elect a President who knows more than the average voter.

That means Andrew Yang. He got zero electors in the Democratic primary while other hopefuls with no valid policies got more. Two right-wing candidates got President and Vice President, Senator Warren did pretty well despite, or perhaps because of, a lack of coherent policies that could be implemented. etc.

It's hard to classify Biden. Perhaps that was taken care of in your first paragraph here. But as for the Vice President, her voting record in the Senate marked her as being the most left wing of all 100 Senators.

Google made a search engine that works. They earn money as a result of their ingenuity. They are not funded by the government or tax payers. They pay taxes.

Some poor people learned investing skills and now they have enough.

Joe Biden is a real estate investor. He has a 7,000 sq ft home and a 4,000 sq ft home. It is not ending homelessness, but it gains in value making him rich. It is legal to own property in America.
