But there was an agreement between certain members in here on this matter.

And we didn't foresee that people would use this forum as a means to flame the Traditionals and anyone else with whom they disagree with impunity.

I think we have a right to challenge the autonomy of this forum on the grounds that it is being used as a flaming field.

I am sure Erwin didn't expect that this would happen. And Erwin is no longer in charge, if you didn't know that.

B. The new operator has not changed any policies that I see in this regard.

C. The rules are being handled the same way as in other areas--edits, and the like. Just because the main SDA section has warnings does not mean progressives need to.

Progressives don't even have an active moderator yet.

I told him he needs to quit flaming for two weeks if he hopes to challenge a vote, when I was a progressive. But I can't force him to stop flaming any more than I can force you to stop.

Without a warning system this is worthless. It isn't working. Where there is no price to pay for bad behavior there is no correction.

I have no issue with a site-wide warning system. But that is not in place. There is no requirement for progressives to do it. Sounds like you want to impose your will on them because you think it is needed.

Actually no, I haven't just arrived on the scene. This is just the first that I've posted where you have seen. I've been following the various reports for weeks, and if you check my profile you'll see my 'woob experience' has included adding him to my friends list.
