A question on a yearly devotional

Hi,

 for the last two years i have been using oswald chambers' "my utmost for his highest" (which is an incredible devotional)as a daily devotion (along with "our daily bread"). I think I would like to switch to a different devotional, take a break form oswald chambers for a year this coming year 2003, and start a new yearly devotional.

Any sugestions? any devotionals that you have found helpful with your walk in the Lord?

Indeed! Perhaps the Lord is leading you to the BigEd Devotionals! Try em. You might find them more meaning in a more "customized" way!

Ed, there are many people out there who write "Devotionals". They are no more in tune with God than anyone else. In fact many of them are no where near as in touch with God as you are. Let God speak to your heart and guide you and write your own devotionals and share them with others.

This year, I used the "Faith to Faith devotional", by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland. It's been very helpful to me!

My most favorite, and meaningful devotional of all is simply reading the Bible and having the Holy Spirit to guide and teach me. And the best thing about it, is that God gives this to us freely! He is the greatest teacher of all, and is the only one we need to rely on.
