A Question About Masturbation

Can someone explain why masturbation is "bad"

I hear many times its natural and even healthy.

and just so you're wondering... masturbation really does not affect your physical health in any way(though there might be... but personally, it doesn't affect my health)

however, masturbation targets and twists a person in physiological and spiritual ways. That isn't good you should know that, it is worst than physical health
